Accessible visit

Guests with reduced mobility:
The Castle Museum and the Collegiate Church are largely accessible. Lifts, ramps and level adjustments provide access to almost all areas of the tour. With a few exceptions, the exhibition rooms on the ground floor and first floor are also accessible to people with reduced mobility.
A transport service (subject to a charge) is available for the journey up Stiftsberg, subject to prior booking. Bookings are made directly with the partner taxi company. You will be contacted shortly.

Guests with visual impairments:
High-contrast text, numerous audio points and several tactile objects enhance the exhibition experience. There is currently no tactile guidance system for blind people.

Guests with hearing impairments:
The multimedia stations in the Castle Museum are subtitled. Guided tours with audio guides and sign language tours are planned. Enquiries regarding these can be sent to museen@quedlinburg.de.
